Return and refund policy
Returns are Accepted Within 30 Days:
• Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels attached.
• Packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• Returned items must show no signs of use.
Please Note:
If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always ensure your return includes a track & trace code. Returns without proof of shipment and tracking will not be refunded. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. The refund will be issued to your account within a few working days after we have processed your return.
Order Cancellations
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this time, your order enters the processing stage and unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@nicolleparis.fr immediately after placing your order.
Returns are always made at the sender’s risk; return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Received the Wrong Item or Size?
If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!
Exchanges
We do accept product exchanges; however, the shipping costs for the exchange are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
We process refunds for returned items within 3 to 5 working days once the return has been received.
